Along wide, residential Seaman’s Neck Road, near where Kingsberry Road enters from the east, a driver facing south made a u-turn to go north. In the process, he struck and killed a motorcyclist riding south. The street is the borderline between the Levittown and Seaford post office designations; hence some confusion about the location. May 4, 2009About 8 p.m., Saturday, May 2, 2009, a man was driving north on NY 106 in Muttontown and attempted to turn left onto Brookville Road. A southbound car struck his car.
